I help people go beyond normal fitness classes  or gym classes by offering Online fitness classes which suits to the their place and pre-recorded videos for convenience of their timing and keeping their busy schedule of work, other responsibilities, difficulty facing while exercise and side effects of everything which affects health and wellbeing in mind.
